We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for an additional woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to discover out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband first left he was extremely sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t think he loved her any far more. He said he needed time apart and didn't wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a large quantity of money out of their joint bank account which he stated he necessary to set himself up in a new place to live.
Although waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less dollars into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was extremely strange behaviour for him and completely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may have yet another woman as a similar thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could aid as we had helped her within the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was an additional woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name as well as the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just soon after he had left our client.
We were able to present our client with all the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had almost certainly been having an affair with this woman for a lot of years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
